Guatemala: Seeking Justice

While in Guatemala, I was based in Patzún, Chimaltenango, working for non-profit Women’s Justice Initiative. WJI delivers programming to Maya-Kaqchikel communities around Guatemala, advocating for women’s rights, delivering legal services, and encouraging girls to seek a future beyond child marriage. As a fellow on the Communications and Development team, I helped tell their stories.
